Rangeley Birding Festival
June 5-8, 2025
Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust and Saddleback have partnered to make the 2025 Rangeley Birding Festival bigger and better than ever! Explore some of the best boreal birding spots in the Northeast with expert biologists and seasoned birders as your guides. Saddleback’s biologist Samantha Allen will be guiding several of the trips. Plus, enjoy festival highlights, including:
- A special welcome reception and guide meet and greet on Thursday evening at Saddleback
- Lift access up and down Saddleback Mountain for breathtaking views and easier access to birding opportunities
- An inspiring keynote speaker dinner with Jason Hill of the Vermont Center for Ecostudies
- A delightful Bicknell’s Brunch at The Nest, Saddleback’s high-elevation restaurant
Early-bird tickets are on sale! This year, we’ve introduced an all-inclusive ticket to encourage multi-day participation, giving you access to all the incredible trips and excursions we have planned. This all-access ticket includes:
- All guided trips and birding excursions
- Entrance to the welcome reception at Saddleback on Thursday evening
- Daily lift transportation up and down Saddleback Mountain
- Entrance + buffet at the Keynote Speaker dinner on Saturday evening
